D-Style pin head for positive, no turn locking of roll pin. Lubrication supplied directly into roll pin. Axially floating bottom roller nut for accurate bearing location
Total Versatility of Roll Height
Roller Holders may be changed to run various roll heights. Guide body remains the same
Guide Mounting
Dovetail mounting allows guide to be positioned close to roll bite. Narrow guide width allows for more work passes per roll. Short overall length allows guide to fit in same location as most two roller guides
Single Point Adjustment
Symmetrical opening and closing no eccentric pins required. Locking arrangement protects the adjusting mechanism during rolling
